The more often I have a good attitude, the more often I have a great day.

6.55 mile run in 56 mins after work today with my fellow colleague and award winning marathoner Michael Walsh .

The attitude had to be right for this run as Michael pulled me around with avg 8.3 Min miles , we smashed it this evening .

Self belief in your goals is fundamental , it helps you over achieve in all areas of your life , believe it and then go smash it.
